This topic has cropped up before and the answer then was No. So I suggest you do a forum search for that KB number.

It would be lunacy for 'every' end user to have to apply these exclusions, that is what the AV companies are for and M$ should be talking directly to them (so they could apply any absolutely necessary exclusion), rather than put the fear into end users,

I did search for it in forum (not searching for that KB number) and could not find anything :)
