For some reason when I am ready to send a file (virus) to you the window that opens is so big on the screen that i cant activate the button to send. The file is in the chest any suggestions.

What do you mean can't activate the button, what do you do and what happens ?

What version of avast are you using, latest is 4.8.1335.

The new submission process doesn't actually get sent by email but you start out by selecting (right click) the file in the chest and choose Email to Alwil Software and you should get a form (similar to the image, slightly older version) and when complete there is a Submit button and not a Send button, so is that what you meant ?

Which is your screen resolution? Are you working in Safe Mode (booting Windows in Safe Mode I mean)?

I have avast 4.8 home edition (free) When I move the mouse to the submit button it is not visible enough on the screen (and after I have adj. the screen to its max limit) to click it I did not have this problem before I believed it happened in an up grade. The page you displaced in your answer is not what I have. All I can do is delete file not submit. ;)

Can you not resize the window, place the mouse pointer at the top of the window unitl the pointer changes and drag it down. Next click and hold the Title bar at the top and drag the window up, so you can see the submit button.

If in safe mode (800x600 resolution and 256 colours only), adjusting the monitor isn't a possibility which is why we asked.
