How often do YOU scan?

Many thanks to the 99% of you who made positive contributions to this, and other, thread(s).

I am still keen to hear further discussion on who scans in safe mode and from a restricted user account.

Why would you want to scan from safe mode ?

Really only necessary if you have a problem with a normal scan that can't be dealt with in normal mode and crucially if you can't use the boot-time scan, e.g. win9x, winME old OSes.

Would be interested to hear your view on scanning from an administrator account or a restricted user account in Window$.

I don't use a limited user account, terrible I know, so obviously I don't run scans as a limited user.

I run all my Internet facing applications browsers, email, etc. under DropMyRights (restricted user) works in winXP.
