What makes you think it has anything to do with avast! ? The webpage is just plain and simple dead.
It's also what it says on that error report.

Well I just get The document contains no data Firefox error.

So it is pretty conclusive, its dead.

The domain name looks like it is parked as it is registered in Osaka, Japan.
