Win32:DyfucDldr-F [Trj]

I've got a problem removing this virus from my computer.  I've read up on the other posts about using an updated Spybot to remove it, but I've used the program and it says that no threats were found.  Can somebody help me to remove this virus?  All help is appreciated, thanks!

spybot does not remove it? Strange! can Command on Demand clean it?

Thanks for the help, but i figured how to fix the problem.  I first moved the file and then deleted it with Avast! from there.  Thanks for the help, though!

Note: and yes i did try command on demand but i got this odd error message that displayed instead of the webpage.
