It depends on what OS you are using and how and for what you use your computer for. Go to blackviper's page, you have nice descriptions on what each service does ... http://www.blackviper.com/

There really is no simple answer as systems are different and disabling services could really ruin your whole day. The blackviper site is a good guide, but the more aggressive you are the more dangerous it is.

I installed a software called Auslogics BoostSpeed . This really helped me tweak without any problems. Try this.  ;D ;D ;D ;D
