Hello, my parish runs Avast 4.0. They have a license for 9 users. I put them onto Avast. I set it up for them in 2007. It was renewed in Feb 2009 and won't expire until Feb 2011. They just called me saying that they are trying to upgrade it to 5 but it won't accept their license key. They were asked to email Avast but were then told their email address is not registered with Avast so have thus run into a brick wall. I'm 99.9999% sure I used that email address when registering the software for them. I've tried submitting a ticket but since the email address is not recognised, I can't log in to the website. I've tried several possible email addresses but none work. I'd like to avoid a long distance call if possible. Thanks. Any help would be most appreciated.
