Reboot loop

My pc is in a continous reboot loop. Once windows screen completes and user login page shows up it restarts. Based on previous post I installed and ran OTLPE. I have attached the OTL.Txt file. I am running Windows XP.
Can someone please review the file and let me know what I should do next?

no avast on yr computer

you should go to McAfee or Norton site

i think when he register here they dont ask him if he has avast or no in the forum policy
try to enter in safe mode then
You may try dr.web scan for viruses since you have suspiciuos files in your machine and i dont like to use otl in fixing since we dont get that wider picture of your system,after doctor web ,run mbam and sas scan then reply
