No worries there.  The scan will pass over those that cannot be scanned, mark them, and continue on to finish.  It does not interrupt anything.

Did you try right clicking on each individual file and try to rescan them individually?.....Like when you open the error files in avast scan right click on them and see if you can rescan them.....luck
