Outlook email body is blank

Avast 4.8 pro
Outlook 2007
Windows XP SP3
All patches/updates applied

When sending an email / e-mail with the Outlook/Exchange service active and the email message type is set to HTML the body of the message is blank.
What is the fix in Avast for this?

Avast V5 has been available for almost a year and V4.8 support ends shortly.

I would love to update but I am using the Business Version on the software which stops at 4.8 and I cannot go any higher because of that.
