JS:Downloader-AQV[Trj] Alert

Hi guys having problems here..  
I like like Avast! but it detects Trojan

Infection: JS:Downloader-AQV[Trj]
Object: hxtp://fsekfir.co.tv/...|>{gzip}
Process: C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe


Im a bit clueless where to start on this..
I updated the Avast Virus v110628-0 and Program 6.0.1125

Currently, I get a network shield block on that site.

With the original alert, is that the full path of the page that causes an alert?
