How to restore in Avast
«

SO I rebuilt the avast server to get around the database issue. I have a 'backup.dat' file that was taken from avast using the "Backup Job".
How do I restore this file? I see nothing in the GUI to let me restore. I find nothing in the admin Guide about restoring... (
http://files.avast.com/files/documentation/business-protection-plus-administrators-guide.pdf
) It's not a SQL backup, I tried restoring through a SQL manager..
So How do I get this backup rile back into the server?

Just as an aside,
the manual doesn't state the location of the backup file when the Console is installed on Windows 7. I found it here on my system: "C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Administration Console\Backup"
