Bad Image error _ datamngr.dll

Hi,

Each time a start my computer or try to open a program, i have this Bad Image error : :\PROGRA~1\BEARCH~1\MediaBar\DataMngr\datamngr.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the orgiginal installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

I have tried the Command Prompt sfc /scan now and Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.  I have also tried to repair it by the covery CD, it didn't work. I have 2 antivirus programs but it doesn't work. By the way i have (Windows vista basic).

I don't know what shall i do!!!!

hey and welcome to the forum. are you running two antivirus program at the same time?

its not wish to do so please uninstall one of them. They will conflict with each other otherwise.

a good combo that almost everybody use here on the forum is avast and malwarebytes antimalware withs work really well together.

it could be because of that you have the strange pop up you have experience.
