Avast 4 was detecting the sobig-f virus/worm and another kind of virus i forgot the name, i have deleted both virusses by Avast. Mine question is must i check mine register for keys or is deleting enough. Avast 4 found nothing others on the drives so was this enough. And is it better to try to disinfect the mails or is it better to delete it,

Where does Avast found the Virus? In a Mail or as a file on your Harddisk? To be safe, you could check your System with the Avastcleaner, which is able to find and clena Sobig.f: http://www.iavs.net/i_idt_1060.html
