Explorer.exe Blocked by COMODO FW

Hello,
I believe this is a real intrusion of my PC.. when I started my PC up it became very slow and my screen flickered like something was watching and when I was playing on GTA IV it didn't load up.. and right now I am getting below 1 FPS when typing.. I dont know how I got this.. I visited a few sites from this forum but Avast blocked it.. can someone help me? heres the Comodo Firewall intrusion log. OOPS.. sorry my Computer must have a virus.. it saved it self as a .EXE file not a PNG like I SELECTED on paint! Comodo blocked that again because a picture as a exe doesnt quite work lol.. what the hell is happening? can someone please EXPLAIN!

I also have Autorun 32 bit running!! I have turned this feature off and it is still running.. looks like a deep infection!! help!!!! AHHHH!!

I think I have a hunch on what it is .. I install "Eraser" a few days ago to erase files securely .. but now I cannot find it on the C drive or in the installed program lists.. and the Explorer.exe is trying to run on my Admin user. I dont use Admin settings for my personal account. please can someone help!!
