Yeah I run most of that stuff already.... Though I am not 100% familiar with hijackthis its a pretty hard program to use... Usually if theres an entry I don't recognize I'll just copy/paste it to IE and do a search and see what comes up... Still you know how to read those logs??

He should considering he wrote the HijackThis Logfile Analyzer which is also available on his website.
It would help if you told us the exact name and path of the program in question.

@ MaNiAc

if you are running xp or m.e. disable system restore

run regedit and delete

"winhost32.exe" = "%Windir%\winhost32.exe"

from

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

reboot and scan again ....... if you are using 2000 or xp schedule a boot-time scan.

Only do this if you are comfortable with editing the registry ........ if not, disable system restore (if your system has this) and scan again.

Same website as I gave you in my earlier reply. Except now visit the HijackThis section. It has al the info (or links to it) you need. If you have any doubts on what to do or need more info, just let us know here.
