Who finally went offline, because of DNSChanger malware?

Window users might not even feel the impact.
As some reported windows falls back to standard settings
when the DNS server is being disabled,
this according to Storms Center's Johannes Ullrich,
DNSChanger a storm in a glass of water?

Not from that particular machine, well that may be obvious.
Because then they cannot read this: http://www.dcwg.org/
And it seems that many Internet Server Providers will keep their DNS changer victims online...
