I noticed in my router settings that my PC (only one running avast) is listening on many ports, I scanned with MBAM, Avast and superantispyware etc..
But no virus detected, the other PC's (not running avast) have few

Well you can ask but no one can answer as you don't give examples of the ports being listened on. and by what ?

Listening isn't an issue, they are generally local ports, what could be an issue would be actual connected entries.
