MBR:\\.\PHYSICALDRIVE0\partition3 High risk Threat:MBR:SST Help!

I determined that the Libraries were hidden and the folder settings were set to not show hidden files.  I can now see the Libraries and they work properly, but I cannot change the properties of the libraries to make them not "hidden" When I go to properties, it pops up a window called "desktop" and says "The properties for this item are not available"  Is this something you can help me with, or is this a windows help issue?

Upon further investigation, the webcam is still functional, just does not show up under other devices or however it used to show up in "Computer"... or I could be confusing that with an XP machine I use at work.... Either way it doesn't show up, but it does function properly.
