my license

Hello just purchased avast element 5 for one year, downloaded software but when i try to apply license it asks
for password which i dont have, how can i get it..
Also license purchased was for one year, but on avast icon im informed that my license is for 90 days?

I personally am not aware of Avast! offering for a download of 'avast element 5' here.  Seems as if you may have gone to a different site run by Digital River and got your download file from there:  https://www.google.com/#hl=en&sugexp=les%3B&gs_nf=3&gs_mss=avast%20ele&cp=13&gs_id=73&xhr=t&q=avast+element5&pf=p&sclient=psy-ab&oq=avast+element&gs_l=&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.&fp=c1b85a699ef1b350&bpcl=35466521&biw=1280&bih=887  Digital River is an affiliate of Avast! but is a separate site from Avast!

Some posts there are not favorable re Digital River.
