New mac user, need help dealing with infection

Hi, new user here with some basic questions. When I run a scan and find infections, why don't I have any options (repair, delete, move) to deal with them? See screenshot.

I'm also finding js.iframe infections but don't know how to delete the file - I've seen windows instructions, but not mac. The path looks like:
/.Spotlight-V100/Store-V2/4C174BC0-B855-4666-846E-FA1B0AE2A9FE/Cache/0000/0000/00c4/12867925.txt
