Firewall enabling error
« on: April 20, 2013, 10:59:27 AM »
I installed avast mobile security on my rooted android device.

I set up everything, and everything works fine, except the Firewall.

When I try to enable it, I get the error:
"Error applying firewall rules (exit code 6):

iptables v1.4.10
iptables: Index of insertion too big"

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note II, rooted with Android Revolution HD 15.0
Android version 4.1.2

I did a few searches, but didn't come up with any solutions, I am sorry if this has been posted before, I just couldn't find it.

Is there anything else I should do to resolve this?

Thanks

There was one post about the same issue
http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=110158.0
Perhaps some suggestion from there will help you, though I haven't seen anything specific.
