Possible false positive virus warnings
« on: March 15, 2013, 10:07:55 AM »
We're seeing a lot of computers flagging the the smax4pnp.exe file as a "Win32:Evo-gen [Susp]"  virus.
I suspect this is a false positive but could anyone confirm this.

We're also seeing the HUAWEI Modem Driver\uninst.exe file showing up as a "Win32:Malware-gen" virus on numerous computers. Again could some tell me if this is a false positive.

Thanks.
