I am hesitant about taking any action since I am not quite sure what it is. The full link is:

C:\Windows\Installer\34f5a1.msi >ISSetupFile.SetupFile5

infected by Win32: HiddenStart [PUP]

PUP = not a virus / Possible Unwanted Program
a program that can be good or bad if abused

so you need to know what it is before ypu decide what to do

Thanks for reply forgot to mention this was a boot time scan. I let it slide and will investigate further when scan has finished.

It is an installer file for a programme that you have, it also contains the uninstall data so if you delete it then when you uninstall the programme it may not work..  It looks like a programme that came bundled with something else

I can't find it in C:\Windows\Installer.

Anyway I guess it's not so bad if I leave it anyway considering it's a PUP?
