To me that looks like a system improvement type programme which will always throw up a score of errors ..  I would ignore them

Run a disc check as per the instructions here http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html

alright, now.... the problems kept comming back.

What I did was, Reinstalled win7 (upgrade) And everything went back to normal!!!! nothing is broken Its even waaaay faster then it ever was!
I still have all my files because i did the upgrade not the install.

Still thank you for your help, you have helped me very good.

I guesse im done here!
