Safezone browser

When I first installed Avast it worked fine.
Lately I try to open Safezone brower I get this message.
Error 15 (net::ERR_SOCKET_NOT_CONNECTED): Unknown error.

Newbie -

I wish I could help you but I am having the same problem. That is why I came to the forum. I enter Safezone where everything opens except the browser. However, I don't get an error message.
I have Avast Pro running on Vista. Are you using Pro also?

I have been an avast user for many years and haven't had a problem until now.

Try deleting the safezone browser cache (or using the reset safezone button in the avast gui)?
