and yet, the IE10 was more 'secure' than the Chrome ... so Your point ?
there is difference between optionally user opt-in ... instead of forced silent install or hidden opt-out

As someone who's recently switched to using MS own security products (MSE/EMET/IE10) I find that quite gratifying.
