Voicefive opened random popup.

I was sitting about playing Terraria with Chrome up and suddenly Chrome decided to take the top window spot while a url from Voicefive opened up randomly. The only pages I had up were Bumped.org (trusted site) and Youtube.. I have ABP, but it still came up. Should I be worried? What steps should I take if steps need to be taken?

Virustotal shows it's clean, but I'm not sure...

All programs running at the time: Steam, Spotify, Foobar2000, Terraria (and Terriaria server), Chrome, xpadder, Puush, and Hamachi... None of these programs should have caused it, but if I know wrong, please correct me.
