Help with aswrvrt.sys pls

Hi, i need more help concerning this issue, i am hoping someone else might have another approach.

I continue to get black screen on boot and in safe mode the drivers stop loading at aswrvrt.sys.

Hi, it is win7 64bit ultimate, on 1 HD in dual boot where the primary partition has winXP 32bit.

Using comodo program manager i uninstalled a program, it then required restart to complete uninstallation upon boot up, i saw a quick message saying:
'comodo program manager force delete job etc...', then black screen and nothing else, just idle pc.
After reboot same situation, black screen with cursor nothing else, tried safe mode and saw that the drivers stopped at aswrvrt.sys.

(i know comodo is not your concern and i have started thread over their also, but no reply, and MANY suffer from same, i just trying my options here)

BTW, performing sfc/scannow results in "There is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete." and reboot after reboot nothing changes same issue.

I really appreciate catching you here, i see you have helped soo many on all the previous threads iv read
 i have had no reply from previous moderator after trying a few of his sugestions with no success.

I can link the thread to you if you want so you can analize whats been done or you prefere a fresh start?
