Avast 9 not activate or windows going crazy

Hi i have this problem, windows activation center keeps telling me my protection is off , yet the status is showing its working, not to mention ive tested them in realtime
have you guys seen this '
and wth is C:program files/avast software/avast/visthaux.exe

Repair avast!:
1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> avast!
2. Click on 'Repair'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.
