Exactly, for some strange reason, I can disable some, but some I can't.
This has happened on diff. OSes and different machines.
It doesn't matter if avast is disabled or enabled, makes no difference. Running in admin mode makes no difference, plus I have UAC disabled anyway.
I just tested in a freshly installed OS. I was able to enable disable an specific item. I installed avast and now I got blocked, "access denied" error, just like the one in the previous post .
And, like I said, the item than can't be removed with ccleaner, can be removed with codestuff starter. There's something that Avast is doing, that blocks registry access to ccleaner.
