Question about Avast 9.0.1501

Is it safe to download? Am I gonna have issues because my mother's computer had issues with avast 8 period. I haven't trusted a program update from avast since... So is this one bugged?

- Use avastclear to remove the current installation.
- Download (or use the online installer) and install a fresh copy.

If you want a complete bugless program you need to turn off all your computers :)
Serious, software is always improving, correcting, moving on.
There shouldn't be any major problem with avast 9, but, if it is your case, just let us know and we'll help you in anything...
