Rootkit hidden file virus

I got Rootkit hidden file virus but i can not get rid of it. When i do delete and apply it says postpone to next reboot and does this over and over
How do i get rid of it. I took print screen as you can see.

try reset avast sandbox.....


Select settings > tools > sandbox > customise > safezone
Then click reset
