Win32:Malware-gen

Earlier this morning, I found out that this was blocked from my e-mail 1-2 times. I was wondering what it is, and what does it do? I'm running a full scan.

How do I do that? And besides, I don't really think all thats needed for something like that, I mean, avast! said it was blocked, wasn't it?

Just because it's blocked does not mean it's still not there.
