Boot disk for use with Windows 10 (or other) to Run Avast "OffLine"

I have friends who apparently are unaware of how a person's carelessness can affect all who they communicate with.
I would like to build a bootable media, CD, DVD, or USB thumb drive to boot a computer and run AVAST to check and clean their computer.
Any Ideas, Suggestions, or places that I can go to to download such an "animal"?

Thank you very much! I was under the impression that the rescue disk was supposed to be made "before hand" for the specific machine. Now I can pass one on to a specific friend in hopes that he uses it - wish me luck.
