File Reputation Warning

Hi, Can someone please take a look at the attached screenshot of a continuous warning that keeps popping up, it is not always warning about the same download, it appears to be something to do with windows updates and their digital signatures, or may my PC is infected. Im running windows 7 on a 32 bit dell.

I was not sure what to do as it says that there is no digital signature present ?
