AVAST BLOCKING MY NETWORK. JUST CAN ACCESS THE OTHER COMPUTER IF I DESATIVE AVAS

My network has 4 computers. All use Avast. Mine is the first one, and 2 of them can access mine, but one cannot. And I cannot access the other one (not the same) Is not the first time that is happening,  i spent a lot of money calling an expert here but neither him can solve. I dont know what else I can do

to start what os are you using

what version of avast are you using program version free,pro,suite,premium?

are you using the latest version of avast?

any other security program like a third party firewall?

if you like a check up please follow this guide and attach the log of Mbam,OTL and aswmbr (does not work on windows 8 and 8,1)
