Anti theft activated but unable to track

I had a micromax a110 mobile. I installed antitheft on it and activated and tested it few times.
All is well. but then I lost my mobile one month back. Since then the mobile is switched off. I sent Lock msgs, but nothing
happened. Till now nothing happened. No msgs to the friends received.
Though registered on avast... my device is not being shown in the device list... is there way to track my device...
what could have possible happened.

Am having the same issue on Motorola xt615, Android 2.3.7
I tried to change a simcard hoping to get a simcard notification change on my other two connected lines but to no avail, observed the lines for about 10 minutes.
Does this app really work.

Can you please try to reach the device via another command from my avast web, f.e. message?
