I do not think so, but you can delete/move the Malware and clean the references to that file in the registry. You may have to do this in windows save mode. You should also find out how you got infected.

There are many variants of that Malware, but it could be one of these:

chief, do you use any ad-aware, spyware and Trojan tool?
