False postitive report, when can I get result?

Dear Avast,
I have submitted files to Avast lab at https://www.avast.com/contact-us.php?subject=VIRUS-FILE 2 days ago. Please tell me when can I have result?, Customers use my software product and Avast Internet Security are now have problem: Avast detects my software as virus

A link to your software might be handy....

Generally speaking, they DON'T answer those unless they need more information.

what malware name does avast give when detecting?

have you tested file here?  www.virustotal.com   if tested before, click rescan for a fresh result
