I want to know what does it take to get someone in this company to give you customer service? I wanted a refund on my virus software and grime fighter and was rudely referred that I would have have to submit a ticket on your support page. I had already did that. It's been 10 days, 3 tickets later, 2 for the refund, and one about your bad customer service? I was told someone would answer the ticket but it doesn't appear to be the case. You used to have a good product but who wants to deal with a company who won't even let you talk to a live human being.
I'm posting here not to be a troll but because I want to be heard and obviously it doesn't seem like anyone is manning the support forum at least the section for refunds.
