do you have a cure for All Round Adds?

I have Internet security but some how I got this virus and my my chrome browser is hijacked!!!! all best there is ---- new windows all around, all shops and adverts ...
scanner finds none of the problems just assist with grime fighter ( and I run it  3 times already)... HELP!   

Am I protected or not?
