Obtain a new key from Avast's website and enter it.
This should solve it.

Check the time and date on your system. Are they still correct?

Ok, try this:

1) Uninstall Avast
2) Run the avast uninstall utillity from the website
3) Reboot
4) Install Avast again

Does this solved it?
