Getting bad URL warnings when running firefox

I get Avast warnings when running firefox.

I've run Malwarebytes Anti-malware + Farbar + aswMBR. (Scans only, waiting for replies before running removals/fixes).

I also get a warning from SysWOW64/rundll32.exe

Logs attached.

[NOTE: I tried to post this same thing earlier but didn't see it appear in the forums. Don't know if it disappeared or is in a review queue somewhere. Hope this one works.]

there seems to be a forum issue where posts sometimes disappear, it is reported and i guess they are looking for the bug
