Here is another virus.  said to move to chest it will not go either.  What do I do?

open avast! then in settings "shedule boot time scan" then reboot. this will enable you to do whatever you need.

Based on your other thread, is this also found in the Internet Temp files location?
If so have you not got the web shield provider enabled as this too should have been able to detect it if standard shield can. This would have been stopped from being downloaded into your internet temp folder.

Files in use tend to be protected from removal or being moved by windows, so if you are able to schedule a boot-time scan they won't be in use.
You could also try clearing your temporary internet files/cache.

- What OS are you using? is it up to date?
- What avast! version and VPS file (virus database) number, e.g. 0436-4 (see about avast!)
- What was the virus name, what was the filename, where was it found
  example (C:\windows\system32\infected-filename.xxx)?
