Unable to Optimize

Responding to an AVAST prompt that appeared when I booted up tonight, I charged $23+ to my debit card to optimize my computer. But the program has never heard of me and wants me to pay to get optimization. WHat gives? How long do I have to wait for my payment to make it through the system so that I can use the service I thought I was paying for?

hey can you explane abit more of this you payed 23dollars to optimaze your computer with what? the payed version  of grimefigter? have you chek your email?
Windows 8.1 amd a10-5700 64 bit
12 GB ram 1 tb hard drive. Avast 18, MBAM
