Desbloqueio de celular

Não consigo desbloquear o meu celular. O anti thief bloqueou e começou a tocar o alarme pois eu troquei os chips de posição. Cadastrei o celular de minha esposa para enviar sms como bloquear e desbloquear mas não deu certo. Antes do ocorrido, eu desinstalei o avast do celular e não consegui desinstalar o anti thief. No meu cadastro no site consta que não tenho conta e assim não consigo controla-lo on line. Agora esta desligado pois se eu ligar, toca o alarme e bloqueia tudo. Como faço para desbloqueá-lo? Vocês fazem isso diretamente da central?

Sim, é possível fazer através do portal da conta do Avast: my.avast.com
Você deve ter configurado o Anti-Theft como administrador do dispositivo e, neste estado, apesar de ser o correto, o Anti-Theft precisa ser desinstalado à parte. Abaixo instruções em inglês:

In the Android, go to Settings → Location and security → Select device administrators
Uncheck the application disguised name you've set to avast! Anti-Theft.
Then go to Settings → Applications and uninstall the application.

Unzip it and run uninstall.bat with your phone connected via USB to the computer.
Make sure USB-Debugging is enabled on your phone and the phone driver is installed on the PC.
If you do it on the PC where you've rooted your phone you usually have these drivers available.


To unistall avast! just follow steps below (note that if you have set avast! Anti-theft as a device admin then uninstallation will not work for Anti-theft):

- Open 'Settings' from All Apps screen in your Android phone.
- Select the option 'Applications', then 'Manage Applications'.
- Select the option with disguise-name (custom application name) you chose for avast! Anti-Theft during the installation process.
- On the next screen 'Uninstall' and then 'OK' to confirm uninstallation of disguised avast! Anti-Theft.
- Once the uninstallation of avast! Anti-Theft is complete select 'OK' to get back to Manage Applications screen.
Select the option 'avast! Mobile Security'.

On te next screen 'Uninstall' and then 'OK' to confirm unistallation of disguised avast! Anti-Theft.
Once the uninstallation of avast! Free Mobile Security is complete select 'OK' to get back to Manage Applications screen.
Just make sure to uninstall both parts in order to remove the password protection.
