Safezone And Home Network Security Issue

I am using Avast Internet Security 2016 11.1.2241. It was a clean Install on my Sony VAIO Windows 10 laptop. The safezone browser and Home network security is working. But in the my account section it reports Safezone and Home Network security are marked as red as shown in the attachment.

Hi Arun2 :)

Login on https://my.avast.com and select the system - Settings - Delete from Account - OK - and logout.

Than from the Avast UI add the system to your Account again, and see if that helps.
