i am having a hard time putting in the new regristration number it keeps telling me that it is an invalid number but i just regristered on the web site and they sent it to me in my email can someone tell me what is going on here i have been using it for a long time and i have to enter a new code help me thanks

Are you typing the key in or using cut and paste, if c&p ensure there is no trailing space.

Hello,

If you are using the copy and paste method then make sure you do not copy the blank character at the end of the key. If you are typing it out make sure you are typing the key in correctly with caps. If you are sure you are doing it right then sign up for a new key.
