Seems like anti virus companies are trying to massivel expand before MS releases their anti virus.

Also, why is Comodo anti virus not recognized by windows?

Both Comodo Personal Firewall and the antivirus were new last month I think, so Windows hasn't recognized them yet.  But Comodo Personal Firewall is still protecting users even if Windows isn't recognizing it.

    Yes Trustix is owned by comodo.

I know that but I was wondering if they renamed the antivirus product like they did the firewall. Because before the Comodo Firewall it was called Trustix Personal Firewall and it cost money. They renamed it Comodo Personal Firewall and now offer it free. But when they renamed it they also took away the spyware scanner/remover feature away.
